Our story
Launched in 2014, Catalyst Sourcing Solutions grew from the belief that organizations can manage vendors efficiently with the right tools and support. Our vision is to make a strong purchasing strategy accessible to every client.
In 2017 we launched SupplierTRACKER, bringing vendor documents, pricing benchmarks, contract tracking, and insurance compliance into a single hub. Our professional services have helped clients reduce operating expenses while building valuable vendor relationships.

Catalyst uses information you provide to communicate with you, provide services, and improve those services. Catalyst states that it does not sell personal information to third parties. You may contact Catalyst to review or correct your information or opt out of marketing communications.
Catalyst protects client information. Clients agree to protect Catalyst processes, data, and pricing. Benchmark data is anonymized so it does not identify a client, supplier, or actual price.
SupplierTRACKER subscriptions may be canceled with 60 days’ written notice, including email. Access ends on the date specified in the notice.
The existing terms limit indirect and consequential damages and cap liability at fees paid to Catalyst over six months.
The existing terms specify Minnesota law and jurisdiction, with mediation and arbitration for claims.
